Independent affiliate program
Every auto shop misses calls.
Get paid to fix that.
Independent repair shops are everywhere, almost every one is too busy to answer every call, and each call that hits voicemail is a customer dialing the next shop. CallKeep answers those calls by text, talks to the caller, and books the job. Your part is walking it through the door: $350 to $700 per shop when they sign, plus a monthly commission for their first year. No industry background required, nothing to buy, and the product does the demo for you.
What you are handing a shop
A product that does its own demo
Stand at the counter, have the owner call their own shop line, and watch the text land on their phone before you finish the sentence. That is the pitch. Everything after is paperwork.
Every missed call gets a text in seconds
The caller who was about to dial the next shop is in a conversation with this one instead. Nights, weekends, and both hands in an engine bay included.
The AI talks, checks, and books
It answers questions in the shop's own voice, knows the services and hours, checks the real schedule, and books the drop-off. The shop gets a text and email with the customer, the car, and the time.
Nothing about the shop changes
They keep their number and their phones ring exactly as before. Setup is about ten minutes, and you can walk them through it on the spot from your own portal's practice mode.
The deal
Paid on the close, paid while they stay
Growth shop
$199/mo to the shop
$350
earned when a shop you bring signs up
+ $20 a month
for every month they stay paying, through month 12
$570 per shop over the first year
Simple arithmetic of the deal above, not a projection. It assumes the shop stays all twelve months; a shop that leaves stops earning when it stops paying.
Pro shop
$499/mo to the shop
$700
earned when a shop you bring signs up
+ $40 a month
for every month they stay paying, through month 12
$1,140 per shop over the first year
Simple arithmetic of the deal above, not a projection. It assumes the shop stays all twelve months; a shop that leaves stops earning when it stops paying.
When it hits your bank
You earn the close the day your shop signs up. It pays out once their first full month is in, and the monthly commissions pay each month they stay. Everything lands straight in your bank through Stripe.
The honest part
A shop that cancels within 31 days of that first charge takes its commissions back with it, paid or not. You are paid for shops that stay, which is also what makes the next door easier to knock on.
Your closer
You can grant any shop a $1 first week from your portal, one per contact. It turns “let me think about it” into “fine, show me” while you are still standing there.
No income promises. Commissions accrue only when shops you bring become and stay paying customers, and most affiliates of any program earn little or nothing. The one-page comp plan is the quick reference; the affiliate agreement is the binding version and wins if they ever differ.
Your portal
You do the doors. It does the bookkeeping.
Your own link and QR code
Anyone who scans or clicks and signs up within 30 days is yours, even if they come back later on their own.
A referral code you can say out loud
For the owner signing up at their own counter: they type your code at checkout and the shop is credited to you.
A CRM built for a route
File prospects into your own sections, keep notes, set where each one stands, and send the intro email from the counter.
Shop lists on request
Name a zip and a hand-built list of independent shops lands in your portal, ordered street by street.
Live proof for your pitch
See the calls answered, texts sent, and jobs booked for shops you closed. Real numbers you can show the next owner.
Clean money
Every payment and its clear date in one ledger, bank payouts through Stripe, and a 1099 at year end.
Who this fits
Anyone who can walk through a door
You do not need to come from the car world. Every town has repair shops, the problem is obvious the moment an owner sees their own missed call turn into a text, and the demo takes one phone call. If you can get in front of a local business owner and show them something that plainly works, you can do this.
Some people do start with warm doors, and it shows in how fast they close:
Independent, and it stays that way
You are an independent affiliate of Innotech Development Group LLC, never an employee. Your schedule, your route, your methods. No quotas, no hours, no territory you must cover.
Joining is free and stays free. There is nothing to buy, no kit, no training fee, no minimum. Your only investment is the doors you already walk through.
Paid as a 1099 contractor through Stripe, with the full agreement in plain sight before you accept anything.

Tell us about yourself
Why do you want to join CallKeep, and what makes you a good fit? That is the whole application. Already know shops, or ready to start knocking, both answers work. A person reads every one, and a fit gets an invitation to their portal within a couple of days.
